There was a mix-up with the cake flavour so when I called them, the lady immediately offered to either refund or send the tiramisu cake the next day (she even said she could try and send it the same day if required!). I told her next day was fine and I got my tiramisu cake at 9am next morning. Not once she tried to justify (she only explained what had happened) and straightaway she offered an acceptable solution. Very happy with the service I received.
