I had to go back to have it addressed, and subsequently they've more than won me back over with good service including looking at the car a couple of times for free to address ongoing issues with the initial repair. To be fair to them I've got an older VW (2012) so can't fault them for having to take a few looks at it to get things right. I'll give them 4 stars for now, but honestly it's been 5 stars after my initial issues.
